As a company we were desperate to keep everything running as close to normality as possible for our customers and thankfully, so far we have succeeded.
The safety of our staff, customers and suppliers is very important to us at Perfume Direct. All our Head Office staff, including Customer Services are working from home at this time so the best way to contact us is at email@example.com.
We are still dispatching orders within 48 hours (Mon-Fri). Royal Mail have notified us that over 90% of parcels are reaching the customer in time however there may be delays in some cases.
Some parcels are taking up to 2 weeks to arrive at their destination, so we kindly ask customers to wait 2 weeks from dispatch until you report your parcel as missing. After 2 weeks have passed and your parcel still hasn't arrived, we will assist you in putting a claim into Royal Mail for a lost parcel.
We have introduced strict measures (in line with Government Advice) in our warehouse to keep our staff & customers safe.
- Regular & prolonged hand-washing.
- Hand sanitiser readily available at multiple point in the warehouse.
- 2m distancing rule at all times.
- Limiting the number of people in certain areas of the warehouse and restricting access where necessary.
These measures may have a knock on effect in terms of efficiency and productivity so it may take slightly longer than usual to dispatch your order.
