O’Keeffe’s was developed by Tara O’Keeffe, in a bid to help her father who worked as a rancher and would come home with cracked and split skin. Tara created the product “Working Hands” in her own kitchen and soon many more skincare products were made to help other people who suffered with sensitive skin or skin complaints such as eczema.
